Help me understand! I'm building muscle, while cutting calories. So in theory would you still see the same weight loss or would it be different due to muscle building?

weight loss might be maintained or gained! I would use other measuring tools to see progress so in case you see weight go up or stay stable, you can assure yourself progress if instead, for example, you see waist measurements go down

@fizzywater thank you, I think I know all these subtle things but it's hard to take it all in when I am in the middle of it. And I am so impatient to see results as I am working hard to feel healthy again. 💪

Muscle weighs more than fat so if you do exercise that is muscle building you could gain weight! Look good but heavier mass!

Depends on your muscle gains and fat loss. Muscle is denser so in fat you may see and increase at the scale though a decrease in inches, clothes fitting better, more muscle definition
