Fasting blood sugar 135/ weight 165.4
Plan: IF/high protein low carb
Skipped breakfast. Lunch was tuna fish salad and veggies; supper was 1/3 of the smoothie I made yesterday, frozen. Also ate a piece of 100% chocolate. Fireworks tonight at the town park. Worked in the library booth for a couple of hours helping kids with a craft. Was honored with a plaque for my volunteer library service 2003-2020. Ate two authentic Mexican tamales -- so delicious! Fireworks were spectacular.
