Not enough room. but filling was a marinated steak rare cut thin, zuchini, cucumber, tomato, sweet orange pepper & canned crab. its what I had on hand. served with wasabi.
20 Carbs a cup of "rice" two rolls per cup. voila keto sushi from scratch.
Also my sushi rolling skills...need work. lol. but sure was tasty.
