It rained hard, twice during the weekend, but it didn't spoil the weekend, it was pleasant to have the moisture. I worked off and on in the yard and it looks real good. I still ate more than I wanted to, but I am still with in my carb count for maintenance. I better get serious about staying on plan. I can see myself slowly putting the weight back on if I am not diligent about staying on plan. I ate 2 slices of peanut butter toast yesterday that made my carb count high. I need to make better choices.

Your weight has fluctuated a little up and down, but you have been below your goal weight since last November! You are doing marvelous!
