Cherry kombucha sounds interesting. I make my own kombucha too! How/when does the 🍒 go in?

Any flavouring goes in on the 2nd fermentation and is/can be as varied as your imagination. You can cut up fresh fruit, use frozen, make a puree and add to your bottle before the booch.

Ummm, some say yes. It's an all over gut health probiotic type drink. I could talk for hours on it. If you Google kombucha you will find alot of info. If you do decide to drink it, be careful to buy a good quality one. Personally I do not think any store brand can compare to home brewed...but that is just my opinion. Kombucha has been around for 1000s of years.

Drink it a couple times a week - after workouts… I think it helps tamp down bacteria demanding sugar/carbs
