It would be so easy to just cut my calories like crazy and lose weight really fast, but i’ve done that before and just regained the weight. I have accepted that I AM GOING TO BE FAT FOR ANOTHER SUMMER, but it is okay. I’m in it for the long haul. I worked too hard for my muscle to lose it. I want a healthy life, not just a skinny summer.
68.2 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 13.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
