Oh yum!!!! I’d love one of these. Just finished cleaning my car inside and out! This would be perfect!! ☕️ ❤️🍩 

Most people find a few fries or pennies when cleaning their cars... Diablo finds fresh donuts?! Now THAT'S a talent!  

Never found a fry or a penny. Canada gave the penny up a few years ago. We find loonies and toonies. But unfortunately, I didn’t find those either. They’re our $1 and $2 coins. I did find a terrible salt stain under the drivers side mat though and a crack in the mat, thus the carpet stain. 😩 Salt is the worse. Good ole Canadian Winters! 😬 

My secret to good sleep. Got 8.5 hours. Most of this year I've been getting 5 hours. Ever since I started having a lot of calories before bed I've slept so well. 

Diablo you would think this was about you, it’s about Wifey and car cleaning! 🤣 Wifey, I try to keep the car clean and find it to be a losing battle, especially in the old days when one would eat donuts in the car. I don’t do that any more for since on FS, I have learned there’s no nutritional value to donuts 🍩 just sugar, flour, and shortening. so the car now just has little grey hairs from our dog. Plus, can’t have donuts the dog hair would stick to it.🤣 You’ll sleep well tonight Diablo!👍

Looks like nutritional value to me. This is what a generic doughnut shows on this site, at least. Those carbs go to my gycogen stores to power my workouts. :P

I think transfats are essentially not in anything anymore unless I am mistaken? That's the only unhealthy thing in food as far as I know. 

This donut was pretty good. I much preferred the French toast one I got the day before. Not a fan of chocolate icing as much as all of the others. 

If that is chocolate and not nutella, I'd bite it!!! I had a Atkins Nutty Fudge Brownie instead. Less sugar. Enjoy! =) 

Trans fats are still in a lot of mexican food and lots of other fried foods. They're mostly in Crisco (shortening) and margarine... if you've ever been a Mexican before, your mamá would fry everything in lard or Crisco. Just don't eat anything that doesn't have a "Mc" in front of it and be sure to vet your Latin food truck owner thoroughly.  

And if you don't accidentally guzzle a maximum of 1/2 gallon of veggie grease, just log it and move on. #CoffeeButter
