Two disappointing weeks in a row. My acheivement for the week was to complete a week of structured physical activity. Early on in the week I over ate Junk food. I dont normally eat junk food but I was in town last week visiting someone in hospital, and junk food was accessable.
102.7 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.

If you eat junk food, drink extra water , then the next day eat all protein, nothing but protein. Then start new the third day, don't get down on yourself, we are only human, and we can clean the slate the next day and start again, but do record your food, even if its not what you normally eat, stay honest on your food journal , so you can see what it breaks down to. You should have a rest day from diet and exercise, one day that you can eat what ever you want and don't exercise, still record your food on that day. Its ok to mess up, we have the tools to get back to it right away. Go easy on yourself and know that its a journey, but stay on here and record your food and you will loose weight .You may want to have a fast day, where you drink water all day too.
