Light bulb moment!
My daughter was here a couple of nights ago and she came into the living room and said, “I just went into the kitchen and opened the fridge. It must be time for bed. Obviously I am tired - and bored.”
Made me think about how often over the years I have done the exact same thing. More than I care to admit, probably.

I definitely eat out of boredom (covid has not helped), not that I get a chance to be bored often. I'm glad the nice weather is here, love to garden.

That was one thing I learned about myself the first week on this app, how many times I would grab “ just a little taste” . All those littles still add up to a lot.

Needing to track every bite certainly makes me more aware of how much I was eating before! Mindfulness is such an important tool to help us identify these habit loops--and eventually break them 😁

i actually ate my calorie limit today. Right on the button. I actually ate well too.But usually i eat alot less. Guess we all have those day! lol

I read somewhere once that being tired or hungry or thirsty all sends the same signals in your brain. it stopped me from eating at night now I just drink water and go to bed instead of getting a snack.
