Oh Shrewd, this liver was so good! One of our neighbor's daughters has a ranch and they don't eat or sell their beef liver, so whenever she's up visiting in northern New Mexico, she brings some down for us. We have awesome neighbors. ❤I hope you're enjoying this Memorial weekend. 🇺🇸
