I didn't track food today so I am not sure of quantities. Here is what I had.
Breakfast:
Smoked salmon,poached egg and avocado on ciabatta.

Lunch:
Quinoa and buckwheat cereal with sunflower seeds and almond milk.

Dinner:
Grilled barramundi,
Steamed broccoli,green beans and carrots.

Snacks:
Apples and a pear,
2 cappuccinos,
1/3 of a banana.

Thanks deb! I just saw it didn't save my edit. I also had some mango yogurt a bit too late at night but still maintained my weight this morning so alls good;-)
