First time back into the gym today and feeling good for it. Onward and downwards so to speak 😄

Nice looking gym. They have evolved so much from the old spit and sawdust days when there was nothing but a rickity stationary bike, a squat rack, a bench, olympic bars and 20 kg plates! Thank goodness!!

Yes, I used to love spinning at the gym. Years after I got myself a bike. It’s hard to keep the motivation as you do in the group class but it is doable .

I have a spin bike but it’s not used I really struggle with motivation so much prefer the group session

I used to do a great weekend spin class. It was an hour so you could get proper warmed up etc before letting rip. Now, that gym hall is a covid testing station. 😠😡🤬

Tan I’ve tried that but it just doesn’t work, the most success I’ve had is following an online spin class but just struggle to find the effort 😂🙄

Yeah spin classes are great but if you're not used to is hard to keep up . When I went to gym classes I was always dead after... Couldn't feel my legs for long while 🤣🤣🤣

Always two sides to the same story.. but I think if it doesn't hurt you then you didn't work hard enough 😂 or you could say I'm so unfit I can't feel my legs after a spin class 🤣🤣

My lungs normally give up before my legs but today it was the legs. As long as it’s one or the other your working hard 😂
