Happy Wednesday everyone - Our Gym went mask free and I for one am very grateful. I got a good run in, then had a solid chest work out followed by a personal best on the leg press. I hope that you are all able to find a point of gratitude on your adventure.

Chest Press - 170# x 26 reps, 180# x 20 reps, 190# x 16 reps. Leg Press - 3 sets of 360# x 10 reps.

There is always something to be grateful for. At times we just might have to look a bit harder to find it, but it's always there. 😊👍

Our gym did as well but I kept mask on as I'm not fully vaccinated yet and my husband just got over Covid. I tested negative...
