Those of you who track measurements, how many and which ones are you keeping up with? Does it matter? I am most definitely a belly fat person, so I think IF I decide to do this at all, it will probably be only my waist measurement. I figure the rest will follow if that one changes.
Not gonna lie, though, not looking forward to seeing that number for the first time. 😳

I do track my measurements, about every 3-4 weeks. I do upper arm, chest, waist, hips, and thigh. I can always tell by how my clothes fit how I’m doing but the measurements give me a little boost in gratitude for all my hard work paying off. I am sure you are right though, check the one you watching and the rest will follow 😊
