I haven't had this sandwich in forever. I forgot how good it is. I usually get something like the meat mountain when I go, or a chicken cordon bleu.

What’s the protein compared to a quarter pounder?

680 calories and 42 protein grams for this one(it's the biggest one). Quarter Pounder is 520 and 30 grams of protein. A normal Beef N Cheddar is 480 calories and 24 grams of protein.
