Boy was it cold at golf yesterday. I envied those who had a windshield and a cover for their golf cart. Just when we thought it might warm up a bit the wind would gust and we all froze. I made a note to put a stocking cap in my golf bag from now on. I ate way too many calories yesterday although my carbs were within the proper limit. I will do better today. My weight is still holding fast so no harm done.
