I’m planning to go on a blood type diet! There’s a lot of restrictions, and I don’t know if it’s that safe since I’m already eliminating gluten. Some of the things I have to avoid are chicken, pork, shrimp, and salmon so I don’t really know how I’m going to get my protein, especially since I don’t want to eat red meat everyday 😅 Has anyone done this type of diet?

There are plenty of protein sources, depending. Oatmeal, quinoa, any type of beans, legumes, avocado, chickpeas, hummus.

You’re quite welcome. Now being a vegan, I’ve had to educate myself on plant protein sources. It can be a bit overwhelming. Best of luck!

Hey krapstein! It does help thank you! I was looking into the diet plan and it wants me to cut out a lot of healthy fats like nuts and avocado which I’m not comfortable with doing. My dentist (who is also a natural-path) is the one who actually recommended it for me so I’m not 100% sure if I’ll go through with it!
