High Protein, Low Carb Pancakes

1 cup cottage cheese
4 eggs
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix in blender and cook in usual manner.

Makes 5 of 6” pancakes. Very filling!

This weird looking recipe makes the best pancakes I have ever made!
