Thank you moo, Slow Meta and ride mariel. I can only eat so much oatmeal at one sitting, usually ½ cup. Last time I made a shake, this time an oatmeal (sort of) sundae. 😋

Erq, I find that my appetite sometimes goes in cycles. Not sure if that's the accurate word, but sometimes I can't eat eggs or bananas or even cooked food, then after a while it all switches around. I read it as my body telling me what it needs and doesn't need. I also know I have to work on my listening skills. 😁

I am totally into oatmeal with 2 tbsp dried sweetend cranberries and 1-2 tbsp sweetened coconut flakes. They are sweet enough I don't need to add any sugar. I have a thing about textures and I really love the chewiness of the cranberries and coconut. I never in a million years thought I'd look forward to eating oatmeal. But with this combo I can!!!! But I love your idea of adding oats to smoothies!!!

Thank you Bear. 😊 I like adding goodies to my oatmeal. This time I added whipped cream and chocolate syrup to turn the leftovers into a dessert. 😋

Wow, I never would have thought to do that. Idkw 🤗 makes me think of no bake cookies. Haven't made those in years. Honestly I love to bake. But then I want to eat everything in one night! Danger Will Robinson! 🤖
