Well, there's your proof. No action, no good results. I am fighting the demons of habit and ritual and the demons have won this last two weeks. I vow that this week will be a better fight. Goal for this week: Get to the gym. NO EXCUSES! I'll work on one demon at a time.

I did get to the gym today. The routine was a bit random. There is a yoga class tomorrow morning. I've never tried yoga but figured it was about time so, friends, ask me how it went tomorrow. (Need some accountability help. I've slept in for the last 2 Saturdays and missed it)

At least you made it to the gym. Celebrate your successes no matter how small. I know I cant think about exercising, I just have to dress for it and make myself do it. I am kinda glad when doing it, but even more so when I'm done! So I want to hear how yoga goes tomorrow and maybe I'll try it! I'll be waiting!

YES! I did it. Got there on time but found out that I had the classes mixed up. Not Yoga but Pilates instead (which I preferred anyway). I loved it! Kris, try the Pilates (on the mat, not the apparatus). It was a great mind and body workout. I'm going to learn on the mat, then when I get better at it I'll try the Reformer (apparatus) classes. OH and I can sure feel it. I need my potassium (it's a miracle worker for helping you not feel so sore after hard work or workout.)

Yes, Kris, if you haven't found it or looked yet, search 'stott pilates mat workout' That's what kind of stuff I did today.
