Today was day 4 a few grains added but super hard. Today I felt hungry. Especially around 8pm.
I stick it out. Bed by 10:30.
I did have gluten free cereal for breakfast and a gluten free skinny bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese so good.
Dinner was not enough no real protein.
Correct this tomorrow I’m tired but tummy feeling so good and it’s shrunk.
