Happy to have lost 20 LBS this year! 5'9, started at 178 lbs and now down to 158 lbs using this app as inspiration!!! It takes commitment but the science works!! yay

How long did it take if you don’t mind me asking? I started at the same weight and have lost 7 so far.

Hi Leone, it took about a year but some seasons were easier to stay focused... for instance, I had regained about 4 pounds over winter... probably because of the wine and late night doritos ahah! But now I am comited to 8 more pounds by the summer and I find sticking to 1200 cal/day works best! Keep it up!
