Sleep was frequently broken by pain last night from hips and heel, and had to get up to urinate at 3 (unusual) but had lost 2 pounds during the night so I guess I did have a bit of edema yesterday after all. Feel tired and achy this a.m. as well. Mask slipping and drying mouth out, but didn't run out of water in machine. Refilled it at the 3 a.m. wake up. Will change mask pad this morning. changed filter last night.

BP 120/63 pulse 69
Edema none detectable--I may not be consuming enough liquids and water either. so I'll monitor that as well.
Water consumed: 12 ounces+4=16+12=28
other fluids consumed: 8 oz w/breakfast +6@ lunch=14 supper+ 16=30
lasix 20 mg at breakfast

Felt draggy today and I think I will go to bed earlier than usual tonight.
