YEAH! According to the scale here in my vacation condo, I'm down a lb. today to 167. This is actually a mini-marker for me where I sat at for a long time before my weight started to creep up. It feels so good to see that ticker finally move. Not sure on the accuracy of the scale however, but I'll adjust it when I get back home. All this activity while on vacation is paying off. I find that as long as I'm really busy, I don't miss my lunch. Today it's off snorkelling. I'm enjoying the warm weather because I know in a few days I'll be back into the chill!
