ugh! went on a carb binge this evening. Still under my max calories but gave in to the munchies this evening. will do better tomorrow. I don't know when I can walk again(for exercise) because plantar fasciitis is giving my left foot pain again. :( J

I did the same yesterday. For the last few days Ive been craving carbs so bad I was even dreaming of them. Gave in yesterday but its new day today. Lets be extra good today :) We all deserve a day off once in a while.
