What a great day! Whale watching, hiking along the rugged coastal shore and watching the endangered albatross' doing their ritualistic mating dance. Didn't know the day would turn out so well. Hiked for almost 2 1/2 hours and burned off a good number of calories. Tired but worth every minute of it. Not to mention its -35 or some outrageously cold temperature back home that we are fortunate to be missing. I'm managing to keep my calorie count well within where I need it to be on most days. Some days of course are harder, especially when eating out a lot. I actually prefer to eat in where I can control things better. And my husband is keeping me very active so all in all, I think I'm maintaining my weight. Not sure if I'm loosing, but I won't be able to tell until I'm home again and measure on my own scale. Life is good and it's so important to make each moment count.
