YES! Down a lb. to 168 from last weigh in. I guess all that walking around Waikiki is beginning to pay off. I thought my feet would fall off yesterday, but they didn't. The only thing I'm not sure about is whether the scale here at the condo we're staying at is calibrated with the one at home. I'll have to check when I get home again. It's pretty close I think. The line on my weight history graph will finally start to move because I'm now below where I started FS three years ago...a milestone of sorts for me. I may actually loose weight on my holidays. Yoo Hoo!

The weather at home remains cold and very wintery. No break in the cold temperatures so it's nice to be here. No early thaw while we're away...in fact more bad weather. Too bad. It would be nice to have some melting. This is most unusual. Weird weather throughout North America.
