This was hubbys plate. Well one of them! Ribeye medium rare (2 of them) with sautéed onions and mushrooms in real butter. The other plate had a baked potato, homemade Mac and cheese, garlic bread and sliced tomatoes. He ate it all! Since we went out for our anniversary last night, I made the steaks tonight that I had laid out yesterday.
