This is so interesting and reaffirming of what I thought my body loves... and it is fat! lol. Being able to log in my food and see that yes indeed.. I do love fat... affirms me that I know my body well! I'm going be more mindful of intaking more protein and veggies because my goal is to lower visceral fat. I'll have to treat my body once in a while with my beloved fat but for now, we're going to focus on enjoying other food aspects :)
