I can't believe it...finally down below 170 at 169.4 lbs. this am. I'm so happy. My next goal is 165 lbs by mid Mar. Realistically, I don't know if I can loose weight on my upcoming holiday to Hawaii, so I'll try to maintain rather than loose weight while I'm there. I'm very close to where I've been in the past, around 167, and where the majority of my clothes fit, although it's nice to notice that my clothes are becoming looser on me. Not enough yet to go down a size however, but definitely more comfortable. I'm confident that it's the exercise that's helping me, so it's off to the gym again this morning. I enjoy their ACTIVE class which is a combination of aerobic, core, weights and balance. I feel like I've had a good workout water I'm done. Maybe I can get below the 169 lb. mark before I leave which is the point I started FS Aug. 2010. Woohoo.

I think TX may have been right when he commented about cortisol from stress negatively affecting weight loss, because all of a sudden, things in my life are calmer and my weight is coming down a bit. It's so hard to be patient with all this.
