12 lbs. by Easter food journal: 2 coffee,cream & sugar.1 fried egg,fresh sausage patty,melon,pineapple,pear a little of each.Like 4 waters all ready.

Robins special salad.

Having a good day so far.It is only 10:30am.I am dying to start going to my daughters gym.Just not in the cards yet.Happy Wednesday!

rotisserie pork loin,yellow squash,green beans and broccoli.More water.Made apple/pear crisp for DH & DD.Wasnt tempted. See ya tomorrow all.

I'm going to have a ham omelet for lunch later, and we will have pork tenderloin that is going to be in the crockpot all day for supper, along with veggies.
