The date. Would it be enough to say I had a wonderful time? No? Ok - here is the story.
After work, I went home, fed the parrots and my daughters, took a shower, and got dressed in the black jeans and tank top, with the lilac top that K helped me pick out. I put on my black high-heeled boots. I had on makeup.
I went over to Woody's condo - I only got a little lost (missed the turn and had to go back about 50 feet) - which is tremendous for me, since I usually get horribly lost when I am nervous.
Woody ordered pizza right when I got there. We were both pretty happy to sit on the couch and just talk to each other, without the distraction of other people trying to dance with us like at contra!
We talked. He had 4 pages of notes about what he wanted to tell me about himself and what he wanted to know about me. We laughed. We ate pizza. We watched tv. He called his sister and he introduced me to her and her daughter (his niece) because we decided we would officially be a couple as of last night. I had a very nice time. He kissed me goodnight and invited me back for tomorrow - but I am busy, and I will see him Monday, so I'll just have to wait to see him.
Now maybe I'll be less distracted and can get back to logging my food!
