My weight is Up a wee bit again after this weeks events with the funeral. Lots of unscheduled and random eating making it hard to keep track and more difficult to make time for exercise. Plus it's been really cold (still!!!). There have not been any breaks in this weather now for over 2 months...the coldest winter on records in the last 60 years. Too cold to go out and ski! Or go for walks...but Hawaii is just around the corner. I finished booking everything today and now we're set to go. If only I could loose a few lbs between now and then. I seem to be stuck just above the 170 mark.

I'm looking forward to the indoor dragon boat festival next weekend. That should be lots of fun. Anyway, time to go to bed. Tomorrow is another day with all the demands of work. Hopefully I'll be down a lb.

You know, Egdw, Cortisol from stress will add a few pounds. Chances are that funerals are somewhat stressful and raise your Cortisol levels. I hope that Hawaii helps lower that stress and gets you back on track.
