Hmmm- I would say alcohol definitely ruins resolve but pot just makes it taste better- If I can recall from 20+ years ago. Two entirely different things. But drinking gets me every time.

No pot for me, I do enjoy alcohol from time to time and, yes, it does interfere with weight loss. Life can be full of compromises.

Alcohol does weaken resolve, but I’m proving that the calories alone will put on the pounds as well. My pre New Year barrage put on 5 lbs and I’m closely counting my calories on this trip and alcohol calories are the make and break. 700 or so yesterday in 3 drinks. And the creamy pina coladas and lava flows are 400 calories each.
