Can’t believe it’s February. I am hoping to get close to goal weight by early April, it’s a bit aggressive meaning I have to lose about 5 pounds a month. I know there will be some weeks where the weight might not change drastically. I am also doing a lot more strength training currently which should be interesting as muscle weighs more than fat. I have had a smaller waist circumference at a higher weight so looking fit and having a specific number on a scale are not the same. That’s my head taking - but secretly I want that magic number on a scale too.
