Definitely had a few more treats than I usually do over the past week and a half. It stated with some chips and then seems like then I just gave myself permission for all kinds of cookies and chips that I have been staying away from until then. Good news is excercise and daily movement are all still great and although my weight was up a wee bit now is back on track. So now to figure out how to have occasional treats without going overboard and without feeling guilty. I know many struggle with this.

Slow and steady. Did have a couple of moments where I ate something more do because I was craving it rather than needing it. But overall didn’t let that slide into days of making stimulus choices.
My goal of learning how to do pull ups is far more challenging than I expected. So will take longer than I had expected. That’s ok. I just need to restructure the plan and be patient. Trying to show my kids it’s ok to try and do hard things and have to be flexible but not give up.
