Been trying to get some ideas and just remembered that Hello Fresh lets you download their recipe cards even if you don't buy their service.
Fridge is getting emptied - took some to my friend's house to help me eat up some recent meals. Also reorganized my cabinet so my storage containers are more easily accessible. Right now I have a lot of cheese though, so not sure what I am going to do with that really. Probably will get some eggs and make some crustless quiches with lots of vegetables which I don't yet have.
The comment by the person the other day is still in my head, and I am more determined to get down 4 pounds in February. Will need to add more exercise!
