Yes!! I'm down a full lb., even after a weird week of unusual eating situations. Sometimes I think you have to look at the global picture and not focus strictly on the day to day plan. I seem to always do better after a good workout, like yesterday with my team at pool paddling in preparation for the Feb. Cancer Society fundraiser indoor dragon boat festival. I enjoy this sport and although not much happens with dragon boating over winter other than trying to stay in shape for the summer events, the indoor dragon boat races are a hoot. 54 teams registered this year. Maybe I'll join up for the weekly pool paddling practises...just another way to exercise in a group and get conditioned for the busy summer season.

The other thing that is really helping me continue with my plan is definitely FS. Recording everything is so important to help stay accountable. I appreciate the support from my buddies. This too is helpful. So thank you to those of you who are sharing this journey and encouraging each other. It beats WW by a long shot and at no added cost. Thanks to all of you.
