I’m on a diet, this is my breakfast. The drink is unsweetened soy milk 100 cal per 300ml.

Im on journey to lose weight too but I would never think of eating this little lol I would binge later I eat about 4-5 hundred calories per meal depending on how many meals I eat per day

Those are supplements. It’s an extreme diet, I usually eat 1200-1600 calories
