Tracking my weight as I've recently quit smoking and I'm being careful that I don't gain too much weight. I'm also working from home on my computer all day, so I'm not getting the 10,000 steps I normally get in person.
76.2 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.7 kg a Week
