WT this morning in sweats was 193.6, after breakfast, and no edema, so wt is finally starting to go down again. I double checked the weight by stepping off and back on the scale. LOL Slept fair last night, still packing for my trip to Texas today, train leaves at 3 a.m. in the morning.
BP is 135/65 pulse 61, retake BP 131/61 pulse 60 NOT SURE WHY THIS IS.

Took 10 mg of lisinopril this afternoon when the BP was still up, so not sure why it is doing this at all. Never was sure why it was up a year or so ago either, and then came and stayed down. No edema and weight is only 194.4 late this afternoon after I have eaten so don't think water is building up, so no explaination for the jump in BP.

Got all my bags packed and the samsonite luggage is great, it lets you strap all the others on top of it and use it as a luggage trolley. I have my bi-pap machine and all that packed up in a small suitcase and a wicker picnic basket is my "purse!" LOL

Thanks Bren, I am really stoked, the weight went down again this morning and I even re-weighed to make sure the scale was right! My blood pressure was UP though, over 130 on top, though about the same on the bottom and I have NO IDEA WHY. About a year ago it went up (this was before I had the sugar problem etc) and I took medication for it for a while and it went too low so I cut med in half, then it was still too low, and so I quit the med, and the BP has stayed VERY LOW until today (actually I guess I haven't taken it in 2-3 days) but diet isn't any worse or better and salt isn't up or anyting, so not sure why it is different. I took a half blood pressure pill though so will just watch and see. Put some BP pills in my luggage to take with me when I go to the train tonight.
