Was on track but then this donut place finally opened back up and I had a $15 gift certificate burning a hole in my wallet. Soon, I may weigh myself again. On a good note my strength is back to it's peak lol

I didn't. It's a drive through and I didn't feel like making selections. I just said 12 assorted. At least I got two of the maple. Those are the best they make.

It happens. Your only defeated if you give up and dont get back on track. If sticking to weight loss was do easy there won't be any obesity people

Lol, I like to say it's all muscle when I gain and all fat when I lose to keep Chris mad. Sometimes we must admit we are human so that others can see it happens to us all. I over eat, Chris forgets to eat(weirdo).
