So here are my numbers for this week.
Avg. Wt. - 174.6 Daily Avg. Cal. - 1248 Macros - Carbs - over 10% /Fat - on target /Pro - under 10%. Going to work on getting the macros where they should and add in physical activity. Overall, I am happy eith my numbers for this week. Hope you all are closer to where and who you want to be. ❤

View Diet Calendar, 10 January 2021:
963 kcal Fat: 29.54g | Prot: 69.54g | Carbs: 105.80g.   Breakfast: Bananas , Coffee Cake, Herbal Tea. Lunch: Food Club Oats, Honey & Almonds Granola, Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (5.3 oz). Dinner: Cooked Chard (Fat Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: Premier Nutrition High Protein Shake - Chocolate, Farm Fresh Hard Boiled Eggs. more...

I'm trying to eat only real food and when I do, I find that I'm not that hungry. Plus, I am not that active, so I really don't require that many calories. I'm actually hoping that will change, but if I have enough energy and I am getting the proper amount of nutrients, I'm find if I stay around 1200-1400 calories. We'll see. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Doing beautifully, Becky!!! ❤️ I'm keen to have princess's energy, smile, and gorgeousness too! I'd add discipline to work out! 😁

Thank you Melissa. As you know it's slow going for me, but I have to work at it and be diligent, if I want to see any positive results. And yes, I agree, DP's discipline, as well as yours, is very much an inspiration. 💕
