I had synced my laptop and phone over a year ago and it worked great. I synced my tablet last night and lost all of my data concerning food and exercise. The weird thing is that I did not lose my weight chart, buddies or challenges. I wonder if this has happen to anyone else? I it has happened any suggestions on what I should do? I am frustrated because I really enjoyed looking at my monthly gains and or losses. If I had a good day I could copy meals. Now I have to start all over again. AARRRGGHHHHHHH!

Toolman, I'm not sure what you mean by synced. I use Fat Secret on my laptops and desktops at home & work through the main Fat Secret Program, I use the Fat Secret App on my iPhone and iPad. The only things that I've noticed is that sometimes the information entered on one device doesn't always immediately pop up on the other mobile device until I enter something on the other device. Then it all appears. Other than that, I've had no problem with the apps at all. One other note...The "recently eaten" menus are based on which device you enter it on, they tend to be different on each device. Good Luck. I hope your problem sorts itself out without too much aggravation.

I have the same experience as TXSnowman - I know there is a synch function, but I've never used it. Mobile device data seems to feed into laptop quickly, but not vice versa.

When you hit the sync button the accounts are suppose to sync up with each other and you have the same information on both devices. I had my phone and my laptop working together but when I tried to add my tablet I lost my food and exercise diaries. The weird thing is that I didn't lose my weight tracker, buddies, nor my challenges. Go figure. I sent an email and they are researching it but the information is probably lost. Any way I just have to add food as I go now instead of using my saved lists. It was fun looking at stats during the month but I'l have data form now on so it is all good.
