I've been stuck at the same weight for a few days and frustrated that I can't seem to budge that scale In spite of low calories and higher than normal exercise. I have a theory that the body tends to plateau during any weight loss attempts at a point where it had once been at for awhile. I'd been at this weight for awhile earlier and maybe this why I haven't budged much. Maybe I'm just expecting too much too fast. Anyway, I small drop today. Hope this really true loss and just water. The point is, PERSEVERE! It will continue to drop if I remain on the plan. Anyway, tomorrow is a new day. Remember: Nothing feels as good as skinny feels.
