Happy to have finally dropped another half pound. Over indulgence and too many sweets made losing weight over Christmas very difficult. But back on track for the new year. I really hoped to officially have lost 25 pounds by today but will settle for 24.8. On to 2021 and trying to improve eating habits and exercise routines. Happy New Year everyone!!
