Determined December is over! I spilled butter on this page the exact moments before taking this picture... very 2020 🥴
Lots of lessens learned through this month - but overall I consider it a success. I had 8 days where I did have a calorie defect, and ate out way less than the last two months!
However I realized it doesn’t matter much how many days I go over calories if in those days I eat triple what i’m supposed to...
Next month i’ll be doing veganuary!! (vegan january) so stay tuned to see how that goes!!
