I hate this cold. I spend too much time indoors, thinking about eating instead of getting out and staying active. I'm looking forward to curling later this evening. Did well yesterday with exercising and eating. Amazing, did so well but only lost .4 lb. likely because I did so poorly the day before. Evenings in this miserable cold are difficult and make you want to eat more than ever. Actually I' m looking forward to returning to work tomorrow after the holidays. I always need to remember...
Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels.
