Kind of blew it yesterday evening watching We'Re the Millers. Great movie...very funny. Am trying to make up for it today. Went to shapes for 1hr and 15 min. Will try again tomorrow. It always feels good to work out. Ate a lot of homemade soup today. Enough to pack into lunches for work next week and the rest. Will try to stay away from the snacks tonight. See you later.
