Hard beginnings. Thinking a lot about food. Had a weak moment last night with nuts...I knew what I was doing but couldn't resist. Bummer!!! Probably an extra 500-600 calories in one small moment of weakness. I've got to get stronger. So far so good today. I'm a bit hungry but will now go onto the treadmill for 30-45 min. It's so cold I don't feel like going out to the gym.
